Where do I install NextUp?

Install NextUp on the HighLevel location that owns the calendar, not from the agency view. The waitlist tag sits on contacts in that location, and cancellation texts go out from that location's number. One price covers every location. A cancellation in one shop does not text another shop's list. If you add NextUp only at the agency, a cancel in this shop texts nobody.

How do you install it on the right location?

A location is the shop account that holds the calendar, the contacts, and the number. The agency view is the account above those shops. NextUp has to be installed inside the shop whose appointments should be filled.

1. Open HighLevel in the location that owns the calendar.
2. Install NextUp from the marketplace while you are in that location.
3. Check that the waitlist tag and the shop number belong to that same location.

Install it on each location that has its own calendar. People tagged in one shop are not offered a time from another shop.

What if I already installed it at the agency?

Open the shop location and install NextUp there as well. The waitlist tag and the texts belong to the location, so an agency-only install does not give that shop a list to text.
