Freeman Labs makes NextUp. We use names, numbers, and appointment times so we can offer open times to people on a waitlist. We do not sell it, and these pages do not use ads or tracking pixels.

What we collect

When you join a shop's waitlist, the shop gives NextUp your name, number, and the appointment times you could take, from the shop's HighLevel account.

How we use it

We use your number only to text you about open appointment times and booking confirmations. We do not use it for marketing or promotions.

Your mobile number and text consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your text consent are never shared, sold, or rented to anyone for marketing, and we do not use them for marketing ourselves.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who handles it for us

We pass your number only to the service providers that deliver the messages for us, such as our texting and carrier partners, and only so those messages get to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your name and number while you are subscribed. We keep the consent record for 3 years after you opt out, so we can answer a carrier or regulator who asks whether you agreed. Appointment details are kept only while we need them to fill the time.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. To see what we hold, or to ask us to delete it, email support@joinnextup.com. Once you opt out we stop texting you, and we keep only the consent record described above.
